160 kW Online Soft Starter

This three-phase online soft starter is rated 160 kW at 380 V, 50/60 Hz with a rated current of 320 A and a maximum of 20 starts per hour. It limits starting current by reduced-voltage control and keeps the mains connected through solid-state thyristor devices while running, so no separate bypass contactor is needed. Setup is done from a large LCD keypad or through terminals and RS485, with current-limiting, voltage-ramp and kick start modes and protection against phase loss, overload, short circuit, overheat and voltage faults. It is rated IP20 for indoor, well-ventilated sites between -30 and 55 degrees C, so confirm the motor starting class and duty cycle before ordering.
